Intercityhotel Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, Hamburg

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were excellent, clean, and had a lovely bathroom, but they were on the small and dark side with a view of the backyard. I was surprised that there was no tea/coffee making facility or kettle, especially considering the price range.

The hotel is situated in a central location, close to the main train station and shopping area, offering easy access to public transport. The rooms, although lacking some amenities like an ironing board and USB charger points, are cozy and conveniently located despite the busy street outside. However, the room price seems a bit high for the size and offerings.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were clean and cozy, offering a great view of the city, but there were some issues with dusty blankets for those with allergies. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my visit enjoyable. However, some room amenities were lacking, and there was confusion about additional fees for double occupancy. Additionally, the dining options were a bit lacking in variety.
